OUR COMMITMENT
This information security management policy statement aims to ensure that Safe365 delivers a consistently high level of information security throughout its operations.
Safe365 is committed to implementing and maintaining alignment to ISO 27001 and the continuous, practical improvement of our information security practices. Information Security will help protect our customers, maintain our reputation in the industry and meet our legal/regulatory and customers’ requirements.
As a modern, forward-looking and digitally-oriented business, Safe365 Limited’s board of directors and executive management recognize the need to ensure that its business operates smoothly and without interruption for the benefit of its customers, shareholders and other stakeholders.
BEST PRACTICE
To provide such a level of continuous operation, Safe365 has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) incorporating the requirements of the International Standard for Information Security, ISO/IEC 27001. This standard defines the requirements for an Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on internationally recognized best practices.
The operation of the ISMS has many benefits for the business, including:
- Protection of our customers
- Protection of revenue streams and company profitability
- Ensuring the ongoing supply of digital services to customers
- Maintenance and enhancement of shareholder value
- Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
This policy applies to all systems, people and processes that constitute the organisation’s information systems, including board members, executive managers, employees, suppliers, and other third parties who have access to Safe365 systems.
This policy statement shall be easily accessible to all staff and available on the Safe365 intranet. It is also available for public viewing on the company’s website at www.safe365global.com.
BEING RESPONSIBLE – DAILY WORK ENVIRONMENT
Each Safe365 staff member is asked to actively participate in ongoing information security-related professional development and training provided on an ongoing basis and take particular care in their approach to information security and accept the important role they play in maintaining an effective information security management program throughout Safe365 Limited.
