Our Story So Far

Founded in 2016 by Nathan Hight and Mark Kidd, Safe365’s purpose is to provide innovative, world class digital tools that support businesses to improve assurance, leadership and performance. Safe365’s uniqueness is in the way the intuitive platform is able to rapidly surface complex or technical elements of business via easy to interpret dashboards that ensure all key stakeholders are able to make good, risk-based decisions that improve the business.

Growing up through his teenage years as a volunteer Surf Life Saver, Nathan experienced at an early age the importance of safety and well-being in the community. Building on that experience over 20 years led him to establishing Safe365 along with co-founder, Mark Kidd, with both seeking to take those lessons to wider risk and health and safety management – Safe365's initial focus. 

Beginning with the award winning Safe365 Safety Index, Nathan and Mark have expanded the range of Safe365 products available to help companies of all sizes around the globe create world-class work culture and people outcomes whether it be in health and safety, governance, well-being or increasingly, in corporate ESG.
