Our company

When New Zealand’s new Health and Safety at Work legislation was introduced, everyone wanted to know what good health and safety looked like. So in 2016, co-founders Nathan Hight and Mark Kidd designed a prototype to provide innovative digital tools that support businesses to improve assurance, leadership and performance.

Award winning health and safety product range

Beginning with the award winning Safe365 Safety Index, Nathan and Mark have expanded the range of Safe365 software products available to help companies of all sizes around the globe create world-class work culture and people outcomes, whether it be in health and safety, governance, wellbeing or increasingly in corporate ESG.

Focused on improving workplace safety by moving health and safety practice beyond the basics of company compliance, what makes Safe365 unique is the way our tools translate complex or technical elements of business into easy to interpret dashboards that ensure everyone can make good, risk-based decisions to improve their business.

Safe365 supporting our community

We are passionate about using safety technology to support organisations making an impact in the community and in encouraging the growth and development of the global health, safety and wellbeing professional workforce.

Safe365 impact sponsorships

Our team members can nominate a community cause they care about for an Impact Sponsorship. Recipients receive a Safe365 subscription, implementation and training package at no cost to enable the organisation’s workers and volunteers to stay safe when carrying out their community impact activity.

We’re proud to be supporting Buses4Homeless, Whangamata Surf Life Saving, Bombay School and other community-based organisations.

Helping Not-for-Profits deliver impact

Health, safety and wellbeing is every bit as important within a not-for-profit or charitable organisation as it is in a commercial entity. We provide accessible ways into our health, safety and wellbeing technology to support the work of our NFP sector – from schools and sports clubs to social enterprises and the arts or one of the many other charitable organisations.

Connect with the team today to see how we can help.

Supporting the health, safety and wellbeing profession

Globally, there is a shortage of qualified, capable, experienced safety professionals who can support businesses at scale to achieve better health, safety and wellbeing outcomes. That needs to change in order to complement the advancements in technology and digital solutions.

Safe365 proudly supports the following organisations

International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM)
